Shaving Cream!

I brought out the shaving cream today and let Landon play! It was so fun to watch him make a mess and experience the feeling of gooey shaving cream! We then stripped him down and hosed him off in the sink. A very fun experience!

Steam Train

We took Landon to Jackson this past weekend and rode on the steam train. It was Landon's first real train ride and he loved it! It goes about 3 miles down the track and then turns around and comes back to the station. On the way back it stops at the water tower to fill up- that was a huge hit with Landon!

Uncles

We had the priviledge of going camping with Grandma and Grandpa Scharf, uncles Mikey and Chris and cousins Brittany and Kaley. It was a great time and Landon loved hanging out with his uncles!

Fun with Daddy

Landon and Daddy put together this aircraft carrier to float in the pool. It was so cute to watch them playing together!

Landon's friend Zoe

Here is Landon and his new pal Zoe! I am watching her 5 days a week while her parents are both teachers. We have had so much fun together already and Landon is getting used to having a baby in the house!

2nd Birthday

I can't believe I have a 2 year old son! We had Landon's 2nd birthday at a park by our house. They have a fountain that the kids can run in, since it was a squelching hot day that was a very good feature! We played and ordered pizza and the highlight for Landon was his choo-choo cake! We did a Thomas theme birthday so I decided to brave cake decorating and make Landon's Thomas cake. I had so much fun doing it and the excitement on Landon's face as he saw his cake was priceless! When asked what he did for his birthday the first thing he says is "choo-choo cake". We had a wonderful day and Landon's uncle Mikey came home from Iraq the day before so he was able to celebrate with us!

Lake Tahoe

We had the opportunity to go to Lake Tahoe with Landon's Grandma, Grandpa, Great Grandpa, Aunts, Uncles and his only cousin, Natalie! We all had a great time and Landon still talks about wanting to play in the bird bath! It was so much fun to watch him and Natalie interact for the first time since they were both walking! We had a big birthday celebration as well for Great Grandpa, Auntie Andrea and Landon!
