Irish Day Parade

We took Landon up to Murphys for the Irish Day parade and he had a blast! He was so into the parade and waving at everyone! He was practically climbing out of his stroller to see what was coming next. He loved the firetrucks, big horses and the kids riding on the floats! This was Landon's first parade and I was actually impressed with how attentive he was- he wasn't bored for a second!

Snow Day!

We decided to take Landon up to the snow for the day a couple weeks ago. It had been raining for days and this was the first day the sun was out. It was a beautiful day and we had so much fun! We bought Landon a disc sled and found a place off the side of the road to go sledding and build a snowman. I couldn't believe how much Landon liked the snow- as compared to last year when he wouldn't even walk on it! He went down the hill on the sled by himself and loved eating the snow! It was a great family day!

Bowling with Daddy and Uncle Chris

Landon got the special treat of going out with the guys! Daddy and Uncle Chris took him bowling and he had a blast! He asks almost every day now if he can go bowling and knock the pins the over! It was a great evening for him to spend with the very special men in his life! Thank you Daddy and Uncle Chris!

Fun with Joshua and Jeremy

Last week we had the joy of watching my friends twin boys- Joshua and Jeremy. We all went to the park and had a blast! It was fun to imagine our life with twins. Kyle was great with them, and with me being as sick as I have been it was wonderful having him there to chase them around! He came to the realization that he doesn't know what he would do if the two boys decided to run in opposite directions- there is only one of him! It was a very fun morning and Landon loved having his friends to play with!

Sacramento Train Museum

In January Landon and I went to the train museum with Diane, Cooper and Kambree. Landon was in awe of all the big trains and had the hugest eyes taking it all in! His favorite part of the day was walking through the "nigh-night train". He wanted to go to sleep in it so bad! We had a fun time and afterwards met a friend of mine from college who is a flight attendant and flew in to Sacramento. So we were all able to have lunch together and take the kids to the park. It was a very fun day!

Big News!!

I don't have any pictures to show our newest update, but Landon is going to be a big brother to twins!!!! We just found out this past Tuesday at our first ultrasound appointment that I am indeed pregnant with twins! We are very excited at this news and also very scared. I am only about 7 weeks pregnant and due around September 14th. We would all appreciate your prayers for a healthy pregnancy and healthy babies. I have had a horrible case of all day sickness these past couple days and am praying that it doesn't last long. Landon is excited and likes to tell people that there are "two babies in mommy's tummy". One of his greatest friends has 8 month old twin siblings so it is fun that he can kind of fathom what it will be like to have two babies at our house!
